Poppi's Chicken Seasoning

Chicken never had it so good! Shake a bunch of this on and voilà! Instant rotisserie chicken in a pan! Add it to the BBQ or your oven bake and the chicken comes to life. There is a teeny-tiny bit of heat in here—very nice. The nuance in this seasoning is what makes chicken jump with flavor. Too much of any ingredient and it just tastes bland. Also, don’t use too LITTLE when doing chicken—most of the salt and spice drain off.
