Poppi's Scorpion Sizzle

SCORPION SIZZLE!—7 Heat (scale of 1-10). For all you tough-iron-mouth-burn-me-or-bake-me folks that love it for the heat, this is your sauce (unless you want it even hotter then see the “321” Sauce below…). Although we usually make gourmet sauce for the flavor, this one is also for the burn also. BUT… if you taste quickly, you will appreciate the flavor, too. Mix of Moruga Scorpion (world’s 2nd hottest pepper), Serranos, Jalafuego, Scotch Bonnet, the amazing CGN 21500 and Bell Peppers. Use this wisely—come on ice cream!! Be warned—this puppy is hot! Keep coconut oil handy to swab your mouth if it’s just too hot.
