SCOTCH BONNET—4 Heat (scale of 1-10). Our mainstay, tried-and-true, favorite of all time, where it all started, regular mix of Scotch Bonnet Peppers (great flavor!), Red Serranos, Jalapeño, Bell, and other peppers. Great on eggs, pork, beef, chicken, as a dip (I mix mine with BBQ sauce or even straight) and a host of other dishes! This is loved by all.
